What is collected
When you submit the enquiry form on this site, the following is collected:
- Your name and email address
- Whether you identify as school staff, a parent or guardian, or other
- Any message you include
- Whether you opt in to the mailing list
This site does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics, and does not collect any information beyond what you actively submit through the form.
How it is used
Information submitted is used only to respond to your enquiry, to plan and coordinate program delivery if you proceed with a pilot or enrolment, and, where you have opted in, to send occasional updates about Critical Academy. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, the hosting provider for this website, and are also accessible directly by Magnus Irvine. Netlify's own privacy practices are available at netlify.com/privacy.
Enquiries relating to a minor
Where a school or parent enquires on behalf of a student aged 16 to 18, only the information provided by the enquiring adult is collected at this stage. No information is collected directly from students through this website. Any further information required to run a program, including from students themselves, is collected separately and directly as part of school partnership or enrolment paperwork, not through this site.
Your rights
You can ask to see what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask to be removed from the mailing list, or ask for your information to be deleted, at any time, by emailing magnus@magnusirvine.com.

This policy may be updated from time to time as the program and website evolve. The most current version will always be available on this page.
